How to reduce muscle tension and release your voice šŸ—£āœØ(a FREE webinar!)

I've got some fun news: I'm going to be offering a FREE webinar this month! (Woot!!āœØāœØ)

If you're not familiar with my story, I became a voice coach because I had issues with my own voice. To summarize it all briefly, I was over-singing and abusing my vocal cords during my final semester of college. I lost my voice for a period of time due to a vocal hemorrhage, acid reflux, and muscle tension dysphonia.

The muscle tension part was the real humdinger. Because even when my cords healed, I was still stuck in a pattern of tension and pushing in my neck, jaw, tongue, and shoulders. It took me years to truly untangle that tension and regain my vocal stamina.

I know there are so many people out there who deal with vocal fatigue and muscle tension. Even if it's not "the worst," it still prevents you from going to social gatherings where you *know* you're going to overdo it, and from feeling totally confident using your voice to sing, teach, speak up at meetings, and connect with others.

If you relate to all this, then I hope you'll join me for this FREE webinar:
